The hotel is in a quiet location and we were able to walk all over the city. The lobby isn’t grand but I can attest that the staff were amazing! They gave us a lot of information and even helped us purchase train tickets using their computer. The room we had was very large and comfortable.

Hotel Arbaso is the perfect home base for exploring San Sebastian! Our room was spacious and immaculately decorated, with a beautiful view of the cathedral. We loved the shower and the tub, as well as the extremely comfortable bed. If San Sebastian didn't have such amazing food and attractions, we probably would have never left the hotel!
