The bedroom was big and the views were stunning. The breakfast was quite complete. What I liked the most was the customer service. I came with my parents and we felt very welcome. The staff were really helpful and professional. I usually travel for work, and I really appreciate when the staff treat customers well. Big kudos to an employee with a tattoo on his left arm (I think his name was Arturo); he provided excellent customer service with his kindness and professionalism. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

The location is great, the van drivers that shuttle you to the lifts were excellent and helpful the front desk staff was super nice, the rooms were a good value

Location is 12/10. Incredible views from apartment. Price is super affordable. Very close to France and enjoy the mountains on the French side! Communication with staff is very good, they are very prompt to respond.
