Cleanliness, location and nice staff

The staff at reception were so helpful and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the room perfect for me. I really liked the indoor pool so remember your swimming cap as you need one of you swim. If you forget they sell them at reception.

My room was spacious and had an excellent sea view of the sea and Vigo in the distance. The bathroom was very clean and had a large walk-in shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a very good cafe and bar downstairs which was open till quite late.

Book this hotel on our Camino de Santiago Portuguese was the best idea ever! the spa was perfect - pool, jacuzzi and sauna. great location. comfy beds. kind ppl. all perfect

Nice staff, location and lovely breakfast

Dorma Vigo has a perfect location and very attentive staff! The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with an amazing view of the harbour. I was also able to check in early, which I really appreciated after my journey. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and I am very glad I chose to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable place for the end of the Camino de Santiago.

Manuel was a very lively and warm host. He gave us a bit of historical background on the place and surrounding areas and it was very much appreciated as we were interested listeners. Amenities are close by and so are restaurants. The place was comfortable and very clean. We were only there for one night but if I were to come by again, I would stay a few days and explore the town a bit more. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a lovely 4 star hotel - room was perfect and staff were SO friendly and helpful. It is really close to the railway station and it's great shopping centre and right next to the main shopping street of the town. We can't praise this hotel enough. Rooms have a fridge and they provide a kettle if you want one. Nothing was too much trouble

Amazing!!! Reception staff was so nice and helpful, they gave lots of useful advice and helped in so many ways to make my stay in Vigo memorable. Location is close to the camino, but also close to the central bus station, and to the central shopping street, a shopping mall (Primark, Decathlon, Zara, Mango, C&A, Alcampo,....) as well as lots of restaurants, cafés and bars. I had a room on the 5th floor with a french balcony. The size was great, the large window front made the room even look bigger. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need - hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. There was also plenty of closet storage. Variius security cameras in all common areas of the hotel made me feel very secure. The elevator is quick and has a full-length mirror.

Our room was fully renovated and clean with all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The Staff here made me feel like I was at home, away from home. My son is obsessed with Marta and I love them all. They go above and beyond and try and always help your needs. I have already told a few friends, who is travelling to Spain and they said they are going to book here too, when they travel in a couple of months time.

We stayed at the occidental on our Camino walk. The staff helped with our bag porter service. We had a large room with a spectacular view. The breakfast buffet had lots of selection, good value for the money.
