The Hotel is well maintained, with good facilities and quality items, however, the Hotel's general services are terrible. Staff very poorly prepared and trained, room cleaning service didn't happen, they didn't even supply water daily, also the maids didn't prepare the rooms before we went to sleep. There was no air conditioning initially and they only turned it on after we complained. Anyway, although the Hotel is very beautiful, with a good location and good facilities, the experience was not pleasant and complete, as it could have been.

Great location and parking lot around the corner. The ambiance, it is cozy and colorful with an inviting lobby and lounge and a beautiful outdoor patio. Comfortable, clean rooms. But the staff make it a 5 star experience, they are exceptional!

Huge room with nice terrace facing the street. Bathroom was also very large with double sinks and walk in shower. The air conditioning was the best!!!! You control the temperature 🤒. !!! Very. Clean and looks to be recently renovated. The elevator is also a great amenity!!b The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay a night or two weeks. The hotel has a gorgeous roof top that has a beautiful city view.
