Η τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were also very friendly and always available. We loved its design, and it is located near the Arc de Triomphe, in what seemed to be a safe area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing stay! We truly felt at home during our week in Paris. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed complete privacy, and we were never disturbed. There was always someone available at the reception 24/7, ready to assist us with anything we needed. One of the first things that impressed us was the incredible scent throughout the hotel and inside the rooms. Everything smelled absolutely amazing—a subtle, elegant fragrance that remained consistent throughout our entire stay and made the hotel feel exceptionally clean and welcoming. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: toiletries, towels, glasses, plates, cutlery, a refrigerator, stovetop, cookware, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary coffee, TV, unlimited hot water, and even a dishwasher. It honestly felt more like a fully equipped apartment than a hotel room. A special thank you to Rashed, who was incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming every single day. He was always happy to help and went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. His professionalism and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated the most was the excellent air conditioning system. It responded instantly, was easy to control ourselves at any time, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. Another huge advantage for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. Being able to travel with our little dog, who is a beloved member of our family, meant a lot to us and made our trip even more special. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others, and without a doubt, we will choose it again on our next trip to Paris. A few small suggestions for improvement: * There didn’t seem to be an iron available in the room. * The hairdryer was unfortunately quite difficult to use because it only works while continuously holding down the button.
