Staff was helpful and venue met our expectations. They also called us when we forgot our dog's food plates in the room, but we were too far. The point is, they were considerate enough to call and let us know.

Perfect for someone traveling. Easy check in, parking in front of your room, great shower, air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The family room are two connecting rooms which is also ideal if you're traveling with children.

From the moment we arrived- we were welcomed by the receptionist with a smile and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name… the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back if I get to La Rochelle again! Beautiful town but we didn’t get to spend enough time there!

They let us stay but the pool before check in time and help us to book nice place for dinner.

The staff (front desk, housekeeping) are super friendly and helpful. The room price for 5 days was really affordable, and the hotel’s in a great location, we could walk to the old port, the train station, the aquarium, restaurants, and the market.

That good we booked another night, it's in a great location and a lovely place to stay.

Room was spacious and well equipped. Big bed, big bathroom with a good shower. Friendly staff.

1. Very close to the train station and tourist spots 2. Helpful and hospitable staff, especially the male staff member at the reception who cared to keep the main door open for me after the late ‘light show’ 3. Able to keep baggages before and after arrival

Friendly, thoughtful staff. Very central for the Marina and all attractions. We have been here 3 times and each time the hotel staff have exceed our expectations, which is why we return. Huge thanks to reception staff in particular this time. We were greeted on arrival by a really friendly receptionist/manager who helped us to park our motorcycles and take our luggage to our rooms. It was our wedding anniversary and we were touched to be given cocktail vouchers to mark the occasion. We highly recommend this place. Great, well proportioned, immaculately clean and quiet rooms and a warm welcome. Perfect!

Amazing location. You could not find a better one. It’s on the old port. Very easy access to the train station. Everything is luxurious and high quality in the hotel and in the room. Great staff too.

Very modern hotel, great design, lovely bedroom with balcony. Perfect location for restaurants, shops, the railway station etc. Fabulous view across the Vieux Port and the stone towers. All the hotel staff were super helpful and attentive. See photos for view from balcony, room 47.
