こじんまりしたビジネスホテルタイプの部屋。ベッドとテレビとバスルームというシンプルな構造で冷蔵庫ナシ。ただし清潔感は高く、宿泊して不快感はない。このレベルでバスタブがあったのは予想外だったが、排水口周辺の微妙なぬめりでシャワーのみ使用。

ラグビーのワールドカップがあり、市内の中心地には空きのホテルがなかったため宿泊した。 試合会場までも距離が比較的近く、中心地からは少し離れているが、そこまで問題にはならなかった。 また、ホテル内の施設は全般的に清潔だった。朝食も質、量共に非常に良かった。 スタッフの方も親切だった。
