Staff were amazing. On arrival a the entrance, the road was blocked with no way in., The response to our phone call for assistance was extremely understanding and talked us through ' how to get there'. All staff throughout the resort were smiley and helpful. Rooms are not corporate! Bed super comfortable with good quality furnishings throughout. Good attention to detail. We don't live in the UK, so it was a pleasure to be welcomed by the staff throughout the resort, as well as on the golf course, from Stanley the Caddie master- to the main man Ashleigh- who clearly runs a tight ship. ( working in all areas himself, with a keen eye) Lots of space to walk around and relax. Good restaurant on site, excellent breakfast served from 07.30am to 12 noon! Great place for corporate events, weddings and other celebrations. Easy parking.

Well located, at the foot of Box Hill. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I only had breakfast, on 3 of the 4 days. The first day, I slept in, after a long, stressful journey from Portugal ( not intended!) The breakfasts on the other days were excellent and lots of choice. Thank you!

Very clean and very comfortable, perfect after 2 days of flying. And the bed was next level comfy!

The room was homey, and comfortable, had the basics that you need for a short trip. Bar staff were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful for any requests I had. Katie, who is the director of the pub, was extremely welcoming and fun to chat with. Overall a great experience and will be booking again! :)

Staff were excellent, helpful and attentive. The building is magnificent and has a great feel. Food was of good quality and value. I would certainly return.

The staff member who checked us in was so friendly. She upgraded our room for us. The room was stunning like something from a book. We went to the bar and sat out in the garden for a drink overlooking the golf course. It was stunning. The girl who checked us out the next morning was so friendly too. It’s a stunning place

Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds. The views are magnificent, can go for walks in Vineyard. Food was delicious with great service.

Great location beside Dorking Deepdene train station ,great value , great staff although I only had the continental breakfast saw someone having the cooked breakfast looked great! And the Free Sauna in no 19 was an experience!

The customer service was exceptional, the staff were incredible helpful throughout our stay. It really was a team effort, having stayed in many hotels over the years this was by far the best for customer service.
