Hyatt Regency London Stratford is always a great place to stay. This was our second time and again flawless. Location was just perfect, inside the Westfield Shopping Center area. Room size was more than enough. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was good Amenities were great and provided as needed. I heard the breakfast was good too, but didn't try (maybe next time). Will be back for sure.

Staff, they treated me as client much better than in Hayatt Regency hotel day before. Much warmer communication and client support. They tried very hard to help me find best way to airport, considering railway strike that day. They acted perfect as team, even very young newbie that was obviously still at training. Thanx for everything guys !
