Everything! The location was great, almost in the town centre, the room was, spacious, airy (had great air con.) the beds, we're super comfy, bathroom was fabulous, huge shower, lifts, to all floors. The, staff were cheerful, helpful and the breakfast was great.

nothing at all the room was wrong , it had twin beds , there was no toilet or bathroom , shower , tap anything absolutly awful
