Hire a city bike in town as the stations in the park seem to always be empty - lock the bike at the park instead of returning to a dock as you'll have to walk home as someone else with no doubt take it!
We came to visit Liverpool for our anniversary as we love to visit UK cities. This property was clean, very comfortable and quiet. There was parking in front of the property and it was close enough to The Docks for a nice walk to the Museum's/Tate/Beatles tour which we'd come to see. It was very easy to check in and out and the breakfast facilities were perfect. We stayed Saturday night and on Sunday morning went for a lovely walk through near by Sefton Park.
The property was close to Princes and Sefton Parks. The room was huge and faced a beautiful back yard. It was convenient to restaurants and bus transportation directly Downtown. John and Frances were wonderful hosts, served wonderful breakfasts, shared history of Liverpool, and provided me with maps which helped me to conveniently find things.
Central for the Sefton Park area (or if you want to do a Beatles tour) with easy access to the city. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and spacious and within easy walking distance of the park and Lark Lane. Staff were so helpful and the cute residents bar was reasonably priced, comfortable and open till 1am
great location, went to Cream Classical at Sefton Park and couldn't be much closer if you tried, literally 5 minutes up the road!.Lark lane is around the corner and a great road for bars and restaurants, also a fantastic chippy called Andy's.
Great location near beautiful Sefton Park, many restaurants in the area. Location near bus station, few minutes by bus to city centre. Two floor house, spacious and comfortable.
