Friendly staff. Close to transport. Lots of restaurants around. Great room. Very clean. Godd value for money.

Location was good. Close to West Brompton Station so easy to get everywhere. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was, quite good, but it should have more cheese and veggies, or the traditional and famous english omlet!

Breakfast and service excellent, Refill in the minibar with natural and sparkling water complimentary every day. Location spot on.

The room and the room and the environment is family friendly . And the staff were so helpful especially “Mohit “ he made we enjoyed our stay and he found my wife’s phone at the reception he is such a nice man who pay attention to details . Thank you so much Mohit “ we will be back .

The staff was friendly to the point of effusiveness. The lobby is charmingly decorated. The rooms have lots of electrical outlets. The Lillie Langtry is a good pub for food or drinks, only a block away.

Very close to the Earl’s Court tube station, a lot of cafes and a supermarket close by, and close to central London. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel has great location near to the tube station, close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was so nice. The room was one of the best that I stayed in London, great size, nice bathroom. It was clean and comfortable.

Location can't be beaten, breakfast is amazing. Rooms are super quiet considering we're on a busy road and above a busy bar. We have stayed here many times and the staff are all great.

The location is very central, 3 minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station, yet the area is quiet—perfect if you want some peace after a busy day exploring London. The place is clean, cozy, and offers great value for money.The breakfast was basic continental but all quality products.
