everything went well right from the start ....the young lady who checked us in was absolutely brilliant ....as were all the other staff breakfast went way above the level you would expect room was immaculate .....very impressed with the secure parking ....what a bonus in England we are from BC Canada so very grateful for the hospitality shown to us

The place is fantastic. The room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Extremely well equipped. We bought our dog and in the room was a bowl, bed and treats for him. The restaurant is very welcoming and spacious. The food was fantastic. We only ate breakfast, but it was lovely. There are lots of choices on the menu for food throughout the day. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome even when they were extremely busy and having to work the hotel reception and the restaurant. The young lad that settled us in was brilliant. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We booked for 5 days a room with seaview. All was perfect for us! The bar inside is also a good way for conviviality with guest and owners of the hotel who are very pleasant people. I really recommand this hotel.

Stunning room in a lovely hotel, lovely breakfast area in the sun room, gorgeous garden on site, amazing food at dinner.

I loved this hotel - it has a lot of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very grateful to the duty manager for kindly carrying my suitcase up two flights to my room and bringing it down again when I left. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good and generous. I also ate at the hotel in the evenings and the food was again very good with plenty of choice. The location was excellent for getting to local sights such as Charlestown (a 2 mile walk), Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Mevagissey (all these by local bus).

The staff were so lovely! Especially Emma and her partner went above and beyond to help me when I had trouble with transport. The room was perfect and the location was so close to the beach. Would like to stay again soon

The Hotel was immaculate and very tastefully and stylishly decorated. The host and his staff were exemplary in their attention. Room was very cosy and super clean and fresh. The food was perfect and open fire in the lounge a lovely treat.

Incredible location with stunning views. The hotel offers plenty of places for leisurely walks, which is perfect for those who enjoy nature. The staff is polite and welcoming, adding to the overall excellent experience. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, enhancing our stay even further. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch, with a great selection of delicious options. Additionally, the availability of parking, a spa, and a swimming pool made our stay convenient and relaxing. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!
