Мені нічого не могло сподобатися, тому що я не проживав в готелі. Booking зняв оплату, після чого я отримав push - повідомлення, що бронювання не підтверджено готелем і мені на протязі 24 годин будуть повернуті кошти. Пройшло 4 доби і я хіба отримав відповідь від менеджменту готелю, що моя заявка на повернення коштів буде розглянута.
