Very friendly staff, clean room and good location for tracking trough the near hills.

The host is very kind, and the room is clean and pretty. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as Bake Park and the bus stop, and transportation is convenient as there are many buses.

It was my repeat stay with no regrets in Batesta Hotel. Very conveniently located for our desired interest. This timeI I was given a massive room due to free upgrade. I had to check in very early hours of the day, so instead of lot of other hotels charging for whole night stay, I was only asked to pay for half a day in addition to my other days. Very helpful staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Bekha, who went above and beyond to make sure I always had a parking spot reserved for my little Niva. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference! The food was also great, every meal was a pleasure especially Georgian yogurt, and the value for money is outstanding. You truly get so much more than you pay for, which is rare these days. The location is excellent, well-connected and convenient, with a shop just 20 metres away and little store with fresh fruits and vegetables 15 metres away, which made everyday errands incredibly easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. This is exactly the kind of hotel you hope to find and are so happy when you do. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at a great price. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it felt like coming back home. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and truly family-like. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. A special thank you to Ana and Manana for their exceptional hospitality and warm service. Their kindness really makes a difference and creates a home-like feeling. I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The location was perfect—close to the business district and easily accessible from the airport. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work. In the hotel lobby there is a quiet place for work where you can sit and work or meet the partners.

I stayed in the hotel for five days. Everything was perfect for me, from the location and the building itself, to the kind personnel, spacious and clean room and the breakfast. There was an excellent internet connection too. Reception works 24/7. Very nice experience and all recommendations.

There are helpful staff, very tasty breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms in this hotel.
