Staff, location and very clean

I feel that The Peninsula has a special class and tradition. The work of all the staff is wonderful.

Sam was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, at the front door and assisted us greatly with our luggage and to our room. The Concerierge and Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful also. We will definitely stay here at the Langham Hotel, TST again.

Location of the hotel is superb. Entrance to the subway in the hotel. Competetive pricing.

The location is great, and the staff are very helpful. They even surprised us with a birthday cake, very thoughtful.

The harbour view is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff even prepared a birthday welcome snack for my stay. The room service also provide mini surprise everyday in the evening.

Beautiful design, stunning views, and truly exceptional service. A special thank you for the upgrade — the team made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the b-day stay. What stood out most is how much a great hotel can shape your entire trip. You don’t just visit the city — you experience it through the place you stay. And when everything is this well done, it elevates the whole experience. Would absolutely stay again.

The view is unforgettable. The room is very large especily in HongKong. The metro is close, and there’s a shopping mall on the lower floors. There are many different restaurants here. It’s also close to the Avenue of Stars.

Love the room and the location…

Great location once you get in. Otherwise, a bit painful to get to by bus from airport.

Location! Everything is around. Foods transportation attraction you named it.

The guest was super friendly and kind

The owner is kind. Staff was very accomodating ( special mention to Ate Virgy who is also a Filipina )

It was near the metro, grocery store, restaurants, and tourist spots. The staff was very kind to us and let us leave our luggage for a little while before our departure from Hong Kong. The room is not big but is clean and comfortable. Just don't expect too much for the cheap price.

Great location to trains getting around HongKong as first timers

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Loved it!

Great location in Kowloon with easy access to nearby trains and buses. Hotel staff very polite and helpful

Good location and good vide of hotel.

Great location, comfy beds and friendly helpful staff

It is in such a great location that is close to shopping, restaurants, and MTR. The room is clean and good size.

The perfect location and wonderful breakfast

The service and food were top notch. Amazing bathroom too!

Exceptional Hospitality – Truly Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Mondrian Hong Kong was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and personal attention. A very special thank you to Gerald and Sunny, whose genuine kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made our experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. Having stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that this level of personalized service is rare to find, even in Europe’s finest hotels. Their warmth and professionalism were truly remarkable. Gerald and Sunny are a real credit to Mondrian Hong Kong! We would absolutely love to return!
