We love the location very much. There is a small park for kids that is located just around the corner. Stores and restaurants are just a walk away.

This was out third stay at this hotel, excellent location, room size (suites), excellent and helpful staff.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They kept my luggage for me after I checked out. The hotel is nice, new, and clean. The location is good, close enough to Central and most of the major sites. I loved the breakfast, including all the different breakfast options they give you. I tried the Sunrise breakfasts and the Japanese breakfast, both of which were delicious! A lot of variety. I am happy it wasn't a buffet breakfast. This way, you can receive your own personal, warm breakfast and don't have to fight for space in buffet lines.

I love our room, its super clean and love the neighborhood. Nice staff as well. Love the ambiance.

Good location. Lovely rooms. Clean and comfortable.

The people's manager - Patrick - is always smiling and ready to help. We really recommend looking for him once you enter the hotel. He also knows perfect English. Really close to the metro station - <5 min on foot. There are cheaper options in the area, where you can get food, as it is relatively expensive in Hong Kong. The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, and the beds were comfy. There are travel adapters in the room, which was really helpful for us Europeans. We also had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, price was reasonable, room was ‘compact’ staff were very helpful. Good kettle and small fridge in room were very handy.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, the staff are very enthusiastic. And there's a little park next to it, lots of bars, bistros, cafes around.

The structure is very close to the MTR station, and it is easy to reach. The staff was always very collaborative and kind. In case I go again to Hong Kong, I would have no doubt in choosing Jen again.

I stayed for 2 nights. I arrived early but needed to cross the harbor for a meeting. After contacting the reception in advance, they kindly offered that I could leave my luggage there first. When I actually arrived, the room was already ready, and I even received an upgrade—it faced the sea and was absolutely beautiful. The room facilities were simple but all essential and clean. By Hong Kong standards, the room was very spacious—the living area, workspace, and large bay window made it feel large enough for four people. In the evening, I could take a relaxing walk along the waterfront promenade at Zhongshan Park, which is just across the street. The front desk was very helpful and called a taxi for me when needed. The surrounding area is residential, with plenty of local tea restaurants and a supermarket for daily necessities. One small suggestion: a hairdryer in the room would have been a nice addition. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Nice Staff, perfect location, cozy vibe

Must admit this hotel exceeded my expectations. ① Their front desk was very courteous and on duty 24 hours a day! The check-in process was quick and easy with no delays! ③ The double room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows, which is very friendly to couples or travellers who want to catch a glimpse of the city. ④ The air-conditioning, TV and fridge were all in good working order and the bath water was a comfortable temperature.

Awesome. A simple continental breakfast was a great way to start each morning with a delivery at the same time. The front desk &housekeeping staff were all so friendly and courteous.
