Located on Grand Canal Square in the heart of Dublin’s business and cultural quarter, The Marker features a ground-floor cocktail bar & brasserie, free WiFi and a spa with 5 treatment rooms and a... Superb hotel in a nice and quiet location, walking distance from DCC.
Next to the river, this 4-star hotel overlooks the Bord Gais Energy Theater. Guests can enjoy its spacious rooms, 22-yard swimming pool, and health club, just 10 minutes’ walk from the 3 Arena. Very clean room, bathroom, was a pleasure to stay there, We would book it again.
Overlooking the River Liffey, The Spencer Hotel is 10 minutes from the famous O'Connell Bridge and 20 minutes from the Temple Bar and Grafton Street. Very nice staff! Rooms with great view to the Liffey.
Consisted of of 2 restored listed Georgian buildings, The Ferryman Townhouse overlooks the River Liffey. Good-value rooms and a lively pub and carvery lunch are just a mile from Dublin’s center. My little single bed room was a welcome sanctuary after a week-long intensive Artist Workshop in...
I traveled from US to see U2. Such disappointment in this venue. My seats were directly behind a large screen that the band/show uses that completely blocked my view of the band. The only band member that I could see was Adam Clayton. I spent a lot of money on this concert a d trip only to ne totally disappointed in the concert. U2 should be ashamed to have tickets in this location. I would like my momey back.
The main performer doesn't come on till 9/9.30 so there's no point in queuing for the doors to open unless you're standing and want a good spot to stand. Vodka and a dash is €8 and wine is €7.50. It's cheaper to buy a bottle of coke(for example) from one of the food/popcorn shops in there (€3) and just buy your vodka at the Heineken shop (€6). A return trip from busaras on the luas was about €3 something! Great value and they run every 4-5 minutes. Much cheaper than a taxi.
The rooms are tiny but packed with everything you could need. Taytos, chocolate, alcohol, smeg fridge, dyson hairdryer. Shower was amazing and the room just felt ultra-modern and cozy. Bed was very comfy and the location was right beside the 3arena.
The Gibson Hotel is our first choice when we attend concerts at the 3Arena. It's a perfect location and it's a luxurious hotel, with beautiful rooms, lovely staff and great food. I would highly recommend this hotel.
