Absolutely fantastic please Hate the taste of Guinness in England but here it is totally different taste smooth and fantastic View from the top bar of dublin is great Would advise anybody going to Dublin to visit the storehouse
What an amazing tour. SO much to see and do and the tasting is the best. Never liked Guiness until now. The tour is so informative and great to be able to take at your own pace. Being able to pour your own pint is fun too.
Have been in Dublin a few times and decided to finally visit The Guinness Storehouse- it was packed - I must say we bypassed alot of the museum and headed for the roof- for the lovely guiness with the beautiful view. I would of been happy to just pop along there. Nice to have been but wouldnt need to go back.
Aim to arrive early, before noon to avoid crowds. Take your time on 5th floor as musicians play music from around 1 pm onwards, a great atmosphere. Save your ticket for the free pint at the very top, don't bother with pulling the pint.
A good way to understand an important dimension of Irish culture and history, viz. the almost religious attention to the brewing arts and the daily "communion" of consumption, especially in public places (i.e. the pubs).
We went early 11.30/12.00, felt perfect timing as when coming out looked packed and more people about and coming in. Really enjoyed it would definitely go back. Would have liked to have seen possible brewing room/part of the factory perhaps but it’s so worth a trip it’s so good!
Convenient location near St Stephens Green and still walkable to Temple Bar area. Actually walked to Guinness Storehouse (interesting tour!) Well appointed room. Nice clean, modern and very functional bath. Nice Staff. Overall, most of the attributes were excellent. Make sure you notice they provide extra fans!
The reservation included two twin beds, a desk and a private bathroom. The room was clean and a little cramped, but there was enough space to move around. The location of the hotel was also near Phoenix Park and the Guinness storehouse, which was nice.
The location was good for walking to Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse, Iveagh Gardens, St Stephens Green. There was a nice lobby area and bar. The room was clean and the bed was a great size.
Great location for visiting the Guinness storehouse, Grafton street and Stephen's green. Good value for money for the area. The continental breakfast delivered to the room was great.
Wasn't that crowdie. We visited the Guinness Storehouse and the Wax Museum and both we fine for crowds.
Try going to sites early in the morning or around dinner time when fewer tourists are around. Pay close attention to closing times and note that last call at Guinness Storehouse is 6:30 pm for your pint and there is a lot to do in the museum before heading to the bar.
That's easy - Guinness, make sure to visit the Guinness Storehouse museum
