Char minar is a beautiful monument..
Char minar is a beautiful monument.. However plan your visit as the place is extremely crowded.. Make sure you know what you wish to purchase as it's a shopping area. Plenty of shops - clothes, jewelry, perfumes, footwear .. Do not go shopping if you have very small kids with you as it's very difficult to manage

The hotel is close to airport may be 10min drive...but the locality doesnt suit it...the staff and the rooms were great...clean and comfortable and good decent breakfast menu options were available and were freshly prepared...it took us 40min to reach charminar from the hotel although some good rated food outlets are closeby too...

The location is close to old hyderabad like charminar and many more places. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was good. All the necessary equipments were there. No issues of electricity.

This is not a hotel where breakfast, tea and food etc is provided. It is just for stay. Best quality Hyderabadi food is available nearby as it is located just 500m away from Charminar. Construction of metro connecting Charminar, bus station with airport is going on and Saba Executive is located on that route.
According to me this is the most suitable place to stay for 1)People coming to Hyderabad for business. 2) A group of friends visiting old Hyderabad and interested in old monuments. 3) Solo traveller.

Exceptional stay. The location is unbeatable nestled right in the heart of the city center, making it an easy 5-minute walk to major attractions Charminar and nearby cafes. Despite being in a vibrant area, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable retreat.

I have stayed here many times in the last few years and always get a friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms are of a good standard with a/c. Breakfasts cater for local and Western tastes. The New Hidaway Restaurant is really good; especially for snacks and coffees.
The location is down a narrow street, not far from Ghandi Bavan Metro Station. It possible to take a long walk to Charminar in the old city.
I would not consider any other Hotel in Hyderabad.

The apartment is excellent. Book this apartment only if you have a personal vehicle, don't depend on public transport..... location also far from the charminar. Even most of the Auto drivers don't know the location. At the time of checkout you should only clean all the utensils used in the kitchen and the last thing is timings 11.00 am to 11.00 am. Better enquiry everything before checking in.

Really nice apartment, the space was good, host was really good. The apartment is suitable for short and long stays both. Kitchen was really good equipped. Location was Ideal, charminar, salarjung & etc, museum were near. Bathroom and beds were clean. If staying in Hyderabad do book this.
