Everything was proposed & executed in appropriately excellent manner. The location is very nice. Ambiance is excellent. Hygiene is top grade. Food is excellent. Cooks are the best in the town. Managers at Reception & reservation are skilled and very cooperative. Namely Ms. Aishwarya & Nilam; Mr. Tejas, Lokesh, Arjun under the patronage of Mr.Venkatesh are opting their best in the alloted jobs. The F&B with their best services were offered to me and they cared for my personal choices of tastes. The staff, namely Mr. Pankit, Binay Kumar, Dinesh, Vilas, Fulchand, Paul, Aniket and Ms.Ashika, Sweta, Priti, Gayatri, Nganthoi & Jerry are very nice and hard working , putting their level best and are always on their tows for their professional duties and ethics. My heartiest Congratulations to Mr.C.R.Vinoj to head such a amazing hard working and devoted staff. Its rarest of the rare in my professional journeys so far. All the best to everyone. May you all touch the greatest heights in your professional career.

The place has a modern green vibe that i haven't seen in many boutique hotels in the world. The rooms are spotless clean with all facilities and accessories available on request. The hotel leave a trolley of teas, Coffees, cold water & snacks on each floor for you to take at your leisure and it is available 24 hours. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were staying for a tournament at Deccan Gymkhana Sports facility. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Simple, clean, worth the price

I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!
