The place has a modern green vibe that i haven't seen in many boutique hotels in the world. The rooms are spotless clean with all facilities and accessories available on request. The hotel leave a trolley of teas, Coffees, cold water & snacks on each floor for you to take at your leisure and it is available 24 hours. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel.

This hostel is located in a green and quiet part of the city. It's a very social place and I met some nice people there. Management was very friendly and helpful and so was Vishal who works at the reception desk. The people who are staying there long-term said that management takes really good care of them. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was excellent! I'm really glad I stayed there.

Very clean apartment and attentive & communicative host. It is a modern residential community , good security , fruit and veg seller is available in the evening in the community area. Uber /auto easy to get. We had family visits in the area so location wise served the purpose. By far this is the best apartment stay experience.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities. Clean apartment type rooms. Good breakfast. Nice layout to the hotel. They put me in a room opposite to the restaurant which I thought would be noisy. They offered to find me a new room for the following day and gave me a tour but I decided to stay where I was as it was surprisingly quiet (and closer to the pool 😊). By the time my stay was over I didn't want to leave.
