The hotel facilities are amazing and the staff are very attentive and helpfull

its was chola Sheraton in the past - on the the prestigious property in Chennai during 90's & 2ks . i wish stay here for decades , recently my wish come true , i booked superior room , my check in was quite late ( nearly mid night ) , i not so comfortable with the room , the next morning i informed the front desk - i got free upgrade to club room - wow this is the room i want - separate living room so spacious - only the washroom ( Toilet & shower ) is old fashioned , I had my best breakfast in any five star hotel in Chennai - Mr Siva floor supervisor was outstanding Mr Kenith in the coffee shop look after me very well & the entire front desk team are simply super in Jan 2025 i stayed in ITC GRAND CHOLA i feel more comfortable then grand chola in this property the property is small but its very pleasant atmosphere to stay here , the entire team so friendly & very helpful big thanks to the entire team , wish to see you soon in near future

Breakfast was excellent with a large spread and quality was very good. Room was well maintained. The Dining experience was very good

We didn’t know the area of this hotel was extremely safe, fancy and nice. That’s definitely a big plus. The staff were supportive and the accommodations facilities were available at all times. This is a nice place to stay in Chennai.

Service was very lovely, Indian filter coffee along with dosas were super great. Absolute warmth and dedication to client needs. All the personnel of the hotel was excellent. Great job of management and the team.
