Honestly I was positively shocked by literally every aspect of this hotel. Because our room was not ready when we came (had to wait only 10 minutes), we were served complimentary tea and cookies, staff was exceptionally polite and kind. Since we stayed in the hotel for about 12 hours only, they helped us with extra fast laundry service which is normally not possible, but they went beyond. Room is super luxurious, comfortable, silent, everything is manageable via tablet in the room (lights, curtains, even ordering the room service). Cherry on the top was when we received an evening call offering us a hot beverage and we could choose between hot chocolate or tumeric latte.

The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

The stuff were really good people, very helpful, thank you for your services, receptionist especially was very very helpful, thanks. He helped with getting a sim card, and getting to the forex I really appreciate. Hotel is clean, services are good, breakfast was good, nothing to complain really. I would come back here

The stay was superb and felt the money spent was worth it. Great location. Nearby the Metro which is much convenient for my travelling requirements.

Yes, The Locatiin is good, but on a busy road, Traffic Chaos was too much. Staff is Co- operative Overall it can say that it is better to stay there.

Very welcoming staff and best South Indian breakfast spread. The decor is a little bit dated but that did not deter for us.

Staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and always available. It was comfortable and evevrything was quite new.
