Staff and accommodations were fabulous warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for skiers.

The attention was particularly wonderful.

Wonderful property with exceptional staff, service and food. Large, comfortable, well-appointed room with incredible views of the clocktower and surrounding mountains. Nice complementary wellness center with a hot tub, multiple saunas and relaxation rooms. New towel animal every night!

How helpful and nice the staff there and the location

What’s there not to like? Absolutely amazing on every front. The family that runs it is welcoming and lovely! The room and the views were incredible. As for breakfast and dinner, the food was so delicious we didn’t have to go anywhere else.

After extensive research and deliberation, we narrowed the choice for our five nights in Val Gardena down to Garni Villa Erna and two other properties. I am sure those others are lovely, but we are so glad we booked here. This sums our experience: After just the first night here, we booked to bring our mother back for several days a few months later. Oh -- and no need to bring an alarm clock, as the cows jingle-jangle their way up the street every morning (during the summer) around 7:30.

Perfect location for skiing. Beautiful views from balcony. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The room (#18) was just perfect. We loved the electronic blackout shades which helped with deep sleep. They also had a spa with three different types of saunas - very relaxing after a long day of skiing. They are located so one can jump onto the Sellaronda in either direction.

Our stay at Garni Sayonara was perfect, particularly due to the exceptional hospitality of host Lucia. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, in a great location. Lucia cooked us up a delicious breakfast every morning to compliment the buffet (of local specialities) and went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. She provided lots of knowledge on local hikes/attractions and ensured our every need was accommodated. I would highly recommend a stay in Garni Sayonara.

The hospitality is really good. Everyone is really nice especially the host Maddalena.

This was a great place, with wonderful hosts. From greeting us personally, to making our stay more than comfortable, and being helpful at every step, we couldn't ask for more. Easy walk to restaurants and groceries and delicious breakfast in the morning!

Nice hosting and super tasty homemade breakfast. They waited for us until 9 pm for the check in.

The location of the place and breakfast was delicious.

The staff wes very kind with us and with our dog. One of the best dog friendly places we have been. The room was pretty new and spacious, and the view from the big balcony was very nice. The spa was also very new and well prepared.

Room was amazing! Very clean like it was new! Bed was very comfortable! Just what you need after a long day. Balcony was very nice with great view. Parking is always available Breakfast was very tasty and had variety.
