Hotels near Boboli Garden, Florence

The Villa itself is beautiful, with lush tapestries and furniture. Our room was spacious with a large window and bathroom. The pool deck and grounds were also stunning. The hotel is located in a neighborhood full of trees and flowers, and sits on the edge of the Boboli gardens. The walk into the center of Florence wasn't too bad but is pretty far when you find yourself a little past the city center in the evening. They do offer a shuttle service but I believe it ends at 8pm (and dinners in Italy usually start at 7pm).

I was traveling with my daughter. This was a great location, on a side street between two plaza's. Very close to great restaurants, markets, the Duomo and great site seeing. We felt very safe and really enjoyed the location. The streets are very clean. Be sure to visit the Ponte Vecchio shops, Piazzale Michelangelo that overlooks the city, the Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace. Tip: Make reservations for night time dinner plans. Go to the Rooftop for lunch.

Great location in a more residential part of Florence, close to dining options at Piazza di Santo Spirito and an excellent gelato spot. Walkable to the Accademia, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Boboli Gardens, etc. It was great to have a washing machine, and would have been nice to have a dryer or at least a drying rack to hang clothes to dry. I had a travel clothesline along that I made work on the small balcony.

Location is first class about 20 mins walk (hilly) from the Boboli Gardens; the facilities are great lots of F&E to use should you need that. Off road parking is a good feature and plenty of communication from the owner, who is extremely helpful. There is a good handbook with recommendation for restaurants which we took, and they were first class.
