Everything - great staff, great amenities.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean

Staff, afternoon tea, location, general ambience, shuttle service to/from lifts, facilities incl spa - almost everything was spot on.

We loved the coziness of the facility. They made the experience seemless. Getting our rental skis was simple, and then delivered right to the locker. The ride to the mountain was always available, wonderful!

Super friendly staff, quick free shuttle service to ski pistes that are very nearby, excellent restaurant, clean rooms, comfortabel beds. Two minutes walking distance from the center, nice and quiet rooms with balcony facing the sun. Great Wellness Facilities.

People like Claudio from the bar is the reason why we love coming to Italy. All the bars/clubs around don't have that soul and shine. The hotel is very well located, room was cozy and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly, and it truly is an excellent place. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection and high quality. We especially appreciated the hotel shuttle, which quickly and conveniently takes you to the cable car station and brings you back as well. The little details and small gestures create such a wonderful overall impression. We felt amazing during our stay and will be very happy to return again.

Great accommodation in a peaceful part of the town. Hosts were super nice and helpful, room with a balcony, cleaned every day. It was a wonderful stay, thanks!

The property was perfectly located and the staff were always super nice friendly and helpful. 100% recommend it.

Very nice experience overall, with extremely polite and friendly people who made us feel welcome. The hotel has a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. It’s also perfectly located, very close to the ski lifts, which was super convenient.

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, helpful staff.

Matteo, the best host ever 🤠

The hotel is located in the best location. The ski gondola is right next to the hotel. You are in the center in 5 minutes of walking. The hotel is in a quiet area. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean. The hotel staff is wonderful, they are always at your service. All recommendations for choosing this hotel. Our daughter was especially delighted with the hot chocolate that awaits you every day in the ski room after skiing.

breakfast superb free parking voucher in front of hotel Emma for entire stay is great and practical for unloading and loading the car location right by Campiglio lake around which the ski resort is built it felt like coming home every time I entered the hotel, for my 5-nights stay

The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

The staff was very kind The ski storage room was good

The location is great, walking distance to cable car. Breakfast delicious, restaurant offers tasty pizza. The staff very helpful.

This was a beautiful traditional Italian hotel. The room was enormous and had everything you needed, including a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. The breakfast and dinner (i had half board) was excellent and the staff were lovely. The location was fantastic with short walking distance to multiple lifts and the shopping area

Modern, beautiful, quiet, comfortable, spacious bright room. We loved it. Easy parking opposite the hotel. Location was great, just a few steps to the village square. Good quality breakfast, served by the wonderful team. Staff members were super amazing from the moment we checked in. The beautiful lady at the reception was super friendly & informative, the lovely young man brought our luggage up to the room and Hicham - the "star of the hotel" who really made our time there more than perfect. His dedicated attention to customers is 5 star quality. The hotel should be proud to have such a wonderful team. We highly recommend the hotel and we hope to be back.
