An absolute jewel of a small hotel. Extremely helpful before arrival. Top location for ancient Rome. Book early to secure a top floor room with terrace overlooking forum. Rooms are small but exceptionally clean and well presented. Everything sparkles! Even the terrace was spotless. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Perfect spot for short stay. Everything is easily accessible in 2 (long, exhausting) days. The absolutely charming gentlemen on the front desk will show you exactly how. This is "only" a 2 star hotel but there a many good reasons for the relatively steep tariff (top floor worth every cent). Plenty of bars/ restaurants. Head away from Colloseum for the better establishments.

The room was exeptional! New renovated bathroom, nice design, good quality bathroom cosmetics, beautiful classic style room, big comfortable bed, terrace, very clean, A/C very silence. It’s 4 stars hotel room for sure. Good breakfast with eggs. Nothing very special, but enough. Free coffee in lobby. We didn’t try roof bar. But possibility was nice. Really nice hotel!

Great location, the room was very confortable and nice. Helpfull and nice staff. The breakfast was really good. The possibility of leaving the luggage after check out was really great.

Good location, nicely decorated hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly, engaging and welcoming. Appreciate the welcome drink upon check in and how the staff took time to show us around the hotel and to our room. A porter also helped us with our luggage to the room! Breakfast was a good spread. The hotel has a 24H WhatsApp chat which was helpful. Bathroom was big and modern.
