I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The experience was fantastic from start to finish, but what impressed me the most was their outstanding service and hospitality. I accidentally left my jacket behind, and they went above and beyond by sending it back to me free of charge. That’s what I call true hospitality! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

This place is unique! Warm welcome, with all necessary information regarding to top tourist places, we were welcomed by Mariella. It was a great experience, Mariella loves her job, and I felt like home there. Room was very nice, as well as bathroom, 24/7 reception made us feel safe. Santo is another person who is a great spirit of this place. I will definitly return when in Rome again. Such places are like pearls, you know you are welcomed, and that makes your staying amazing. Allen helped us check into our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He offered to answer any questions that we might have about our stay in Rome. He made recommendations of places to eat near the hotel. He offered to get us a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and close to the coliseum and a short walk to the Trevi fountain. It is also a short walk to the train station.

Hotel Raffaello is set in a quiet street in a pleasant area less than 10 minutes' walk from both Rome Termini Station and the Coliseum. Rooms have an LCD TV 40" a minibar, and air conditioning.

Staff was amazing. They were all over our requests, and genuinely caring about us. Room was very clean and tidy. Cleaning done in time. Amnesties errands all provided and those that weren’t provided were given to us upon request. All in all very good hotel for stay in Rome located centrally to all major sights. Our windows are looking to the road, but it was well noise insulated so we couldn’t hear anything.
