Excellent service (thank you, staff!), large room, twin beds, kettle, fridge, room service, amazing full breakfast, early morning coffee could be hotter. Taxis, tours, dining recommendations - we are an older couple with a cane. Great elevator too.

The hostess was extremely attentive. She answered questions within a minute. She is very friendly and professional. The room was very nice and the common room (for all of the bedrooms) was nice with coffee and snacks. The location was just outside the Old Town which was great as it was very quiet. The bath was nice and large with an over-sized shower. We had the provided breakfast at a popular coffee/bakery and it was great! Elevator to the room was very much appreciated. Restaurant recommendations were nice as Naples has so many restaurants!
