Very quick check-in. Kind and competent staff. We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room. The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

Everything was perfect, starting from the team of the hotel extremely supportive and helpful. We came very late at night, and they did everything to help with finding a parking and serving a dinner. The hotel is beautifully designed, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty, and can be served also in a beautiful patio.

Very nice breakfast good value for money. Good location with booked parking It was our 45th wedding anniversary and they surprised us with some mini pastry. Andrea at the reception was very nice and professional She recommended a nearby restaurant called Casa Fiori which was very nice with delicious local food
