The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs; breakfast was fresh and delicious (and offered a good variety for people with dietary restrictions), the decor was lovely and cherry on the cake: a harpist during Sunday's breakfast - it was simply magical! Location was also great, just 2 steps away from Metro stop!

Property was excellent. But the icing in top of the cake were Enrico and Giulia. Aside from their professionalism, both Enrico and Giulia embodied a genuine passion for hospitality. it feels like a home not a hotel, even the breakfast room makes you feel like you’re having a family breakfast with the residents, which is a one of a kind experience. all the staff are friendly, and are helpful regarding trips in Italy. hotel is near the domo which is 20 mins walk. neighborhood is very safe and friendly. our room was great! the extra sofa bed is very roomy as well which is not expected. room has everything working well, heater and ac working perfectly. house keeping were great too.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was nothing short of perfect – rich, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were lucky with the weather, which made the rooftop and pool experience even better. After a workout in the beautifully designed gym (with an amazing urban view), the refreshing dip in the pool was just what we needed. Highly recommended – a true 10 out of 10!
