The view from the window was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Over this year I have been 3 times in this hotel , and it never disappointed me! First off all by a right and fair pricing. Very friendly and welcoming stuff, tasty Italian food, spacious and clean rooms, amazing pool and spa facilities, Some people complain about location, i think its the best location, 5 minutes away from a motorway on to a hill, fresh and quiet location surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees.

The room turned out to be spacious and cozy. I’d especially like to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help.

Perfect location in Palmero, just a few minutes walk from everything. Great linens and comfortable bed. And a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The most beautiful property, but beauty supported by exceptional staff and service. Every detail had been thought out, and before you even think of something the staff have read your mind and have it ready for you. The drivers were excellent, the breakfast is sensational, the cocktails and bar the best in the world and a fabulous way to see Palermo.

The Hotel Borgia di Ciaula exceeded my expectations in every way. Its ideal location offered easy access to the beach, charming cafes and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The location was good, shops & supermarket were nearby. & railway station was about a 10min walk away. Breakfast was also good offering cereal, cakes, & juices & of course coffee.

Clean room, with beautiful sea view. Dog friendly, at the restaurant we had a great hosting together with the dog. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is located right on the seafront, and although we stayed on the first floor without a sea-view room, our balcony still had a lovely view. The room was spotless and very clean. The location is convenient, with Central Station in Palermo only about 20 minutes away by bus or tram. There are also quiet beaches near the hotel that are not crowded. Breakfast was included, and it offered a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

very helpful staff, very clean, central location, good bed, quiet room (despite thin walls), very good italian breakfast, aircon worked very well, had everything you need, perfect also for several nights on a non-luxury budget.
