I originally chose this hotel because I loved its beautiful design and atmosphere, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service. First of all, I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Eduardo at the front desk. He was exceptionally patient, attentive, and professional. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my requests and helped me find a room that made me feel comfortable and at ease. His kindness and willingness to help meant a lot to me. The hotel is truly lucky to have someone like Eduardo representing it. A big thank you as well to the two lovely ladies, Karima and Nur. They were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. They shared many local travel tips and recommendations that I would never have discovered on my own, which made my trip to Rome even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the gentleman who brought a fan and bottled water to my room when I needed them. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. And another thank you to the staff member who kindly offered me an umbrella before I went outside because he was worried about the heat. Such a small gesture made me feel genuinely cared for. Every single staff member I met was professional, kind, and sincerely eager to help. Throughout my stay, they made me feel safe, welcome, and well looked after. It is rare to experience service that is this consistently thoughtful. If I initially chose this hotel because of its stunning design, I am now recommending it wholeheartedly because of its people. Every member of the team adds something special to this hotel, and they are its greatest asset. I can’t thank all of you enough, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location, with plenty of eating options nearby and a market on Saturday mornings. The evenings are lively with a good crowd. Major attractions are easily reachable by walking or bus. Breakfast is excellent. The room is clean and tidy, though the bathroom door is a bit tricky to open. One thing to note: the hotel doesn't accept American Express but does accept Visa. Overall, a solid choice for a stay!
