We were so pleased with this new hotel. Our accommodations were so spacious (Signature Family Room). The bathroom/shower was wonderful. The beds were super cozy. It was convenient to have the small kitchen. The location is phenomenal, less than a 5 minute walk to the Ebisu train station and shopping center with restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and Mister Donut and Starbucks across the street.

Very clean and functional design. The bedding was very comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner were both good quality. My plan came with breakfast which was a good value.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There is no staff though, so we had to plan our arrival and departure carefully because there was no lobby to leave our luggage. They considered our requests and tried to accommodate what they could. Location was great, super close to the train station and located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall very satisfied with the room and was so happy to be able to do laudry!

Place is quiet and not many people per room. Was nice clean and feel safe. Restrooms and Bathrooms were really clean. I really enjoy it for the price.

The rooms are of excellent quality and exceptionally well-designed, making great use of the compact layout. My only minor complaint is the bathroom's positioning relative to the bed. The light from the bathroom shines directly into the sleeping area, which can be disruptive at night. Aside from that, the room is fantastic. However, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every single staff member I encountered—six people in total throughout the day—was proactive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. For example, when my contact lens case was accidentally discarded during room cleaning, I notified reception; within five minutes, they had purchased a replacement and delivered it to my door. The staff consistently went above and beyond, making for a truly seamless stay.

I liked that the annex building was without reception and people, so it felt very quiet and private. To be honest it is very very close to Shibuya, but feels that you are not in the busiest part of the city. It has everything you need. The washing machine is an awesome addition.
