Lovely and unorthodox place but definitely a great place to stay in Kitami. Very close from Kitami city and with large bedrooms, it was a very restful stay and definitely enhanced by the Onsen and Sauna available in there. Will stay there again.

The hotel was on the main road, so it was very easy to find. The parking situation was crazy! A good crazy, it's one of those where you park your car, and then it's lifted into its slot. Good shops in the back streets too! The breakfast was phenomenal!!

Good location right outside JR station, offers complimentary parking also. Breakfast is excellent! Service is very good.

Awesome customer service with some goodies that brought me happiness, like mango pudding, good onsen, amenities and fermented milk after onsen. My stay was very pleasant!

The room was spacious, clean and the flowershop adds a big value to the hotel. The beds were very comfy and the heating is good!
