I like everything, the ryokan style room, dinner, breakfast or the Netflix in room. The most impressive is the excellent services from all staff, the unlimited services, kind supports and willingness. The first time I stayed here was last 2 years with my friend. This time, I had my hubby with me as I want him to experience the great same thing and he enjoyed it as much as I did. Thank you for the hotel. Much appreciated!

It was quite the trek to get to the property from Kyoto but it was definitely worth it. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated very well by the exceptional staff. The property is beautiful and was the perfect one day getaway to relax after spending a week constantly walking around Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima. I will never forget the view of Mt. Fuji from our private onsen or the delicious 8-course kaiseki. Be sure to arrive by the 2:30PM check-in as there is so much to do on the property. From a taiko drum show to a tea lounge, there’s something for everybody. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

We had a traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner at the hotel. You choose what time you'd like to eat breakfast and dinner before, it is not buffet. You must do this in advance. The dining area had a very good view of mount Fuji. The sukiyaki for dinner was one of the best meals I had in Japan while there. The bar offered a good variety of alcohol. There was a beautiful park Oishi park nearby.

Excellent hotel, room was very spacious and comfortable. The ofuro was very relaxing with a view of the Mount Fuji, and we were lucky it was visible. Dinner was delicious, with plenty of fish, seafood and traditional Japanese dishes. Breakfast had a more western vibe with omelette, bacon and sausage among other things. Staff was very caring, we used the shuttle coming and going to Kawaguchiko station, so everything was smooth. Location was also nice, right in front of the lake and Yagizaku park.

This was one of our best hotels in our trip to Japan. It is clean, the room is amazing and if you have the opportunity, please book the one with the mount fuji view. The onsen is very good. The breakfast is also nice and some western cuisine that is appreciated. They even have a shuttle service that pick you up from the station.

First of all, it's a hostel, and we had a traditional Japanese room with futon beds (not very thick) on the first floor. The room was just big enough for the four of us, and we left all our luggage in the car. We were able to fit one suitcase in the closet, but that was it. The common areas were nicely decorated, and you could try on traditional yukatas. From our window, we had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony, and from it we could even see Mount Fuji. The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. There was even a closet — such a wow factor! None of the hotels we stayed at in Japan had a closet before. We absolutely loved it.

I honestly could not say more about our stay at this hotel. It was simply fantastic--our favorite place to stay during our entire visit to Japan. We had a stunning view of Mount Fuji through our window, and the place had a very special charm. We visited during the off-season, so the restaurant was closed, but I highly recommend this hotel, and the owner was extremely kind and accomodating throughout our stay.

Excellent Ryokan! Very beautiful, very clean, the staff is helpful and speaks well English. The diner and breakfast, Japanese style, were sumptuous. We took the room with the open-air bath withe te view of Mount Fuji and it was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want the full ryokan experience.

It was such a cute hostel/ hotel. The common area was nice and they give free coffee and tea. Even though it was shared toilet and showers it felt very private as I never was walked in on while in the shower or toilet. Had a room that had a mount fuji view and that was amazing. The front desk were hospitable, friendly and even called us a taxi, very kind staff. A plus was the free bike use which allowed us to ride around the lake. It was a beautiful stay and would definitely stay again.
