PhilippinesSpacious rooms for Japan standards! It is in a quiet/non busy area which we appreciated. There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.

CanadaThe location was a few minutes away from the JR station and right by other metro stations. We made no contact whatsoever with staff and check-in was done on the tablet. They sent me a link prior to check in so that we did not waste time in the lobby where we just went in, scanned our QR code and got our room right away. We got the top floor surprisingly and it offered such a new view. The room itself was very spacious, much more than what we needed haha but did appreciated how clean it was. I have made 8 bookings during our time in Japan and I can say that this accommodations made it to the top 3.

Great area.
Great area. If you got to the castle complex, as you are looking at the castle, there is a path off to the left that has an amazing view and was the best spot there I found for good pictures without the crowds.

If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line...
If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line was longer than the line to get in.
Also, take the stairs not the elevator, if you can (much longer line at the elevator). You can rest on each floor if you cannot do all 8 stories at once.

The wait line was very long,possible more than an hour wait, we ened up booking tickets on Klook App whilst there and used QR code tickets line ....skiped the long line and went straight in 😁 also theire was a lift to the top if you can't manage all the steps.

It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but...
It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but seeing it up close is really cool. I know it's a reconstruction but it's just amazing seeing that traditional architecture and getting to walk around the castle grounds. I didn't have a lot of time to do any particular tours but I think I would want to visit again with a tour guide to check it out in more depth.

Incredible! So much information and history. Descriptions of exhibits were well written and interesting. And the reenactment videos was super cool!
When you enter the castle, before you go up the elevator, the staff informs everyone that no photos are to be taken on certain floors (3F & 4F). There are signs everywhere that say no photos, and also a staff member walking around the designated area with a sign that says “no photos.” Unfortunately, many people were still taking pictures in the “no photo” areas, which was very rude & inconsiderate. Be respectful & don’t be those people.

The place is huge, has several options for bed: western and Japanese beds. The host provides us with many amenities that we can use. They also provide English instructions on how to operate devices in the house. The place is pretty close to a subway station (Shitennojimae-Yuhigaoka of the Tanimachi line), a few stops away from Osaka Castle and 1 transfer to Dotonbori.

Easy to reach from Shin-Osaka Station.
It had a private bathtub you could fill and relax in it.
It has included breakfast, 5-10 minutes to local metros and close enough walking distance to Osaka Castle.

Location was great. Close to Osaka Castle and the Keegan station for rail service to Kyoto Key code locks were great. no need to drag a hotel key with you everywhere. staff spoke English and that was helpful. The izakaya restaurant in the same building may be the best place we ate in Japan. Awai is the restaurant name. I highly recommend it.

Location of the Hotel is very close to a Metro station as well as Osaka Castle. We also were able to dispatch our luggage to Tokyo using their help. Room size was quite small but I feel it's the same across Japan

The hotel location is very convenient. Very easy to access Dotonburi. We could see Osaka castle from our room! Staff was helpful with luggage and mail service. Washer dryer used subway card payment, too! Would recommend!
