Location is like 10 minutes walk from Kushida Shrine station (1 station after Hakata station) and only 5 minutes walk to Canal City. Lot of restaurants in the area, 15 minutes walk to Tenjin or Hakata Station. The room is okay we were 2 kids 1 adult and the bed was comfy, also there is a closet where you can put your luggage. Kitchen area was okay too. There is only 1 small elevator so take in mind that thing,it fits like 4 people or 1 with 2 big luggage. We stayed 4 nights and big and small towels were inside.

New & clean & spacious. Quality is the same as you see in photos, with good balcony facing river, excellent locations to restaurants, walking distance to 天神 & Canal City, 20mins walk from Hakata Station. I stayed with family of 3, and definitely will come back as it’s value-for-money. Plenty of parking spaces nearby, and taxi to airport costs only ¥2000+.

The rooms are fantastic. Nice interior - clean and modern. The bathroom is just stunning - and we chose room with two beds and bathtub - it was totally worth it. I liked to location eventhough you need to get used to navigate around it. The breakfast was outstanding - everything you need and more! Really awesome. And the nice gesture to create your own bathsalt at the welcome area is just a genius idea! And on the same building there is even a convenience store open 24hrs - perfect.
