Experience was superb the location is walking distance to Hakata Station and many convenient stores like Lawson, 7eleven surrounding the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a spotless, modern and very comfortablehotel. The position is great – very close to Hakata Station. I know this sounds weird, but I really like the pillows in this hotel! Some hotels in Japan have very small and very soft pillows, but the bedding in this hotel is extremely comfortable, and the pillows are great. I keep coming back to this hotel because I always get a really good rest when I’m travelling. The staff are very helpful, and it has a microwave oven you can access, and a really good laundry and dryer. there is quite a good convenience store 30 seconds walk from the front door as well, which is really handy when you’ve been travelling all day and want something quick to eat. The staff bend over backwards to help you, and I always use it as the first place I stay when I visit Fukuoka. It’s really good. Very good value for money too.

About 20 minutes’ walk to either Hakata or Tenjin. Excellent location with convenience store, pharmacy and takoyaki store right downstairs.

Good helpful staff - had a problem with Wifi and went out the way to help.

Easy check-in, I was able to borrow an umbrella. Rooms are a bit older but still nice. Mini fridge, kettle/cups. Pyjamas and other amenities provided. Towels replaced every day. 10-minute walk to hakata station, close to multiple temples. Family mart on the corner.

I loved the size of the room and the bathroom was by far the biggest bathrooms I've seen in a hotel in Japan. It was so wonderfully spacious that me and my partner were in awe and took baths everyday. Absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, not far from the station. Nice comfortable clean rooms and helpful staff.

The bed (Serta Brand) was super comfy and the shower pressure was great. You can even soak in the bath tub. Bath salt is available for free at the amenities corner. They also have packets of body lotion to sooth your dry skin. Thanks for the great experience.

Good location, just a few minutes walk from Hakata Station. There are a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and efficient. I'd say the size of my room was slightly more generous than Japanese standards, and it adheres strictly to the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness. Lighting and air-conditioning are both comfortable, windows can be narrowly opened to avoid being roasted.

The room was great for the price, the shower and desk space in the room was much better than typical business hotels.
