The staff are all very friendly and some can speak good English which was helpful for me. They were very attentive to my requirements. The breakfast which is included with the room is generous and had variety. Even when I had an early day going out to Mt Aso, I still managed getting a bite at 6.30am. The location to Hakata Station is perfect - not too close but just a pleasant walk away. The hotel is on a very quiet street which I like. The onsen on level 1 is a nice place to unwind. It is not fancy - but it is clean, well-maintained and all requirements are provided.

Easy check-in, I was able to borrow an umbrella. Rooms are a bit older but still nice. Mini fridge, kettle/cups. Pyjamas and other amenities provided. Towels replaced every day. 10-minute walk to hakata station, close to multiple temples. Family mart on the corner.

The location. It was also near the Family Mart.

The checkin was a breeze and the staff is so helpful. A lot of supplies available in the lobby. I find the room very perfect and I love the most the bathroom. It's very rare to find non-unit bath and appreciate so much the bath after a long day of sightseeing. Had a very comfortable stay and the bed is nice and soft. I also like that there's two pillows even though I booked the room for only one person. You can hear the sound of the trains passing by; I'm not bothered with it but will not be suitable for light sleepers.

Great new hotel, it was very clean and everything was new. We got the bigger rooms and the space was well laid out and had a good amount of room for 2 large suitcase. The beds were comfortable and the sound proofing excellent (we couldn't hear anything!). The location was within 10 min walk to delicious ramen and izakaya, yakitori, bakeries and Hakata Station.. We did not go hungry here

The room was excellent with big space and cleanness. Also the breakfast was great and free unlimited coffee at the lobby.
