Good location, one of my favourite hotels to stay when I am visiting Fukuoka. Like the onsen and the easy access to Hakata Station. Staff is also very helpful.

About 20 minutes’ walk to either Hakata or Tenjin. Excellent location with convenience store, pharmacy and takoyaki store right downstairs.

Like my previous reviews, I had always said location and staff service are important. A hotel's amenities are secondary as we only stay at the hotel after a day outdoors, hence the bed and the bathroom should also be good, which the hotel has provided.

Room is spacious .Staff are polite and very helpful. They helped us keep our luggage during travel to Beppu and call a taxi to airport in early morning of check out date. Location is convenient , just walk straight from Hakata station West 12 exit.

The property is clean and comfortable. You can enjoy breakfast and there is also a gym room.

Very accessible. We took the Ken-ei airport bus to and the hotel and the drop-off (at Edomachi) and pick-up (at Ohato) stops are a block or less than 150 meters away. Centrally located. We walked to Nakamachi Catholic Church, Nagasaki station, Dejima wharf and Chinatown.

The hotel was great. Within walking distance from Hakata Station. Onsen was nice, too. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

It's really nice place next to city train and bus station.

Location was good and everything was very smooth and nice. The terrace with free beer and coffee around the clock made it a great place to meet and talk to other travellers. The price was reasonable and no fuzz.

The room was really spacious, with a great location and a nice balcony. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for the price in this area it was a really good deal and I had nothing to complain about. The fridge was well stocked with drinks, and while the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, it was also big and comfortable.

Personal is super sweet and helpful. You can have discount tickets for really nice restaurants!

It’s excellent value for money, rooms are very compact but has everything you need. The communal bath for hotel guests is wonderful. Staff very friendly. Great location.

Super convenient to the Canal City mall which has literally everything as well as to the Kushida shrine subway station. For a family of 4, the quad room was quite spacious.

It’s great location for travelling by Air and less than 5mins from station of Airport Line. It’s fantastic room interior and very helpful staff.

Property was really close to Hakata Station and there was a Winter Market going on as well at the same time. It was also close to shopping malls and other food areas. Staff were really lovely and assisted us with check in/out as well as helping us forward out luggage to our next stay. They were also very responsive on booking.com and got back to all my questions within 24 hours. I had an amazing time and would stay here again!!

I like that one of our 3 rooms was really spacious because we have a toddler travelling with us. The staff are also friendly. The place was quite near the main station or Hakata Station, probably around 8-10mins walk. It is also near big coin laundry shops, though the hotel have one but not for bulk or many clothes. The neighborhood is not a scary place to walk to even at night. There were free chocolates and lemon infused water for guests.

The view from our room was amazing once we were taken to it. It had such a resort/holiday feel. It is in a beautiful location, right across the beach and some beachy shops, i.e. ice cream, lunch spots etc etc. It is also right next to Fukuoka Tower, so it crosses that tourist attraction off of the list. The place has an overall nice vibe and on sunny clear sky days it is perfect to sit back and watch the sun set.
