The rooms are fantastic. Nice interior - clean and modern. The bathroom is just stunning - and we chose room with two beds and bathtub - it was totally worth it. I liked to location eventhough you need to get used to navigate around it. The breakfast was outstanding - everything you need and more! Really awesome. And the nice gesture to create your own bathsalt at the welcome area is just a genius idea! And on the same building there is even a convenience store open 24hrs - perfect.

It's very close to the train station. Almost everyone will be arriving there via bus or train. The town is pretty walkable/ bussable from this location. they give you two pillows. Like most hotels, they are also willing to receive your luggage early.

This was a really nice hotel, in a great location. It’s very close to the subway line, walking distance to walk along the water and some good food and shopping around. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very good and the TV was nice and big. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is modern style with spacious rooms and spotless clean. We stayed at 12/F and was able to see the Kumamoto Castle over the windows. Drip coffees are available and the wifi is good. The bed was extremely comfortable that I had very good sleep there. The hotel is actually located at the upper part of a big shopping mall and connected with a big multi stories carpark (Sakuramachi) which had direct access link (on the 2nd/F) to the hotel. It made me feel quite convenient and satisfied when I reached the hotel on a rainy and cold day by car. The hotel offered a discounted rate for parking (1800 yen a day instead of 2000 yen) and provided a parking pass for unlimited in and out of the carpark during my stay. It is also very close to Kumamoto Castle (just around 10 mins walk).

The attention was exceptional, they treat us like royalty, the room was excellent clean, big enough, great bathroom, great view. The public bath was awesome. Everything was really nice. We love our stay there.

The location is simply excellent and there's no competition. Hotel is located right across Hakata station. The staff were so nice & helpful and the room was great as well. Price was fair. All in all, can't go wrong with this hotel, just don't expect luxury treatment and book a spacious room.

The main train station is within 5-7 minutes walking, very convenient location. The staff helped us leave our luggage until check-in, so that we can explore the city. The rooms and facilities are nice, clean. The room is similar size to other hotels in Japan.

Great hotel and value. The location is excellent because it's a short walk to Hakata station. There's quite a few restaurants in the area and convenience stores. The hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms are simple but well designed. This hotel also gives away a lot.of stuff for free such as all kinds of toiletries and Beer and Coffee in the lobby and a free minibar fridge in your room.. plus I don't know what kind of shampoo and conditioner they use but my hair felt great 😃 highly recommend this place

The room was really spacious, with a great location and a nice balcony. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for the price in this area it was a really good deal and I had nothing to complain about. The fridge was well stocked with drinks, and while the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, it was also big and comfortable.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed and a workspace. Laundry facilities are available as well. You can enjoy curry rice for both breakfast and dinner, along with coffee and other beverages.

We booked a 3 bed room and the room is spacious, bathroom also more spacious than average Japanese hotels. We stored luggage in the hotel before we went on a 10 days tour in Kyushu. The day when we returned to the hotel in Fukuoka, the check in staff informed us that the luggage stored with them were brought to our room. We found the service excellent!

Everything was perfect, the lobby had an amazing scent, the staff were amazing, i saw a lot of comments peoplee saying its too far away from the station but come on its just 5-7 min walk not that bad, i actually really enjoyed my stay and so far one of the best hotels in Fukuoka, thank you guys

Great hotel with fine room. The room and bathroom is a bit small for tall people, but overall ok. Kind staff, they helped us with advice what to do after we got an earthquake notification on the phone. Also fine restaurants near the hotel, around 10 minute walk.

It has a gender-separated bathing area. If you have tattoos you are required to cover them before entering. The staff was very polite and helpful. Close to the metro station.

The staff were fantastic and so very helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Which it was. We travelled with three people and it was a good size room as well. They had pocket translators as well, so this helped with my broken Japanese at Reception. They had good facilities too, they have secure coin laundry facilities. The beds were comfy too. Highly recommend this hotel. I really loved the location so quick to get to from the JR Hakata Station but it was the staff, second to none that impressed me. They were great. Housekeeping did a great job, and the hotel left bottles of water every day they cleaned the room. Close location to rental cars and convenience sores and restaurants are in walking distance, so is Canal City. Would stay here again. Thank you to the staff.
