King+ size comfortable bed, daily towels and bottle water, the onsen facilities is super.

Good location, very close to the train station! The room was simple yet comfortable and clean with a nice small bathroom with a small bathtub. We enjoyed the public hot bath available in the hotel and the breakfast that had so many choices if you like japanese style breakfast. We are very happy we decided to stay there.

Great location right in front of the railway station. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel was impressively quiet. Fukuoka was just a stopover on our journey to the Aso area—we arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning. Looking for something to do in the meantime, we asked the staff for recommendations. They were incredibly helpful and directed us to a nearby park filled with blooming sakura trees. The place was super clean, beds were soft and tidy. In the lobby you can get free bathroom supplies if you forgot! The staff was also very helpful and kind.

We loved this hotel! From the moment you walk into the lobby, everything looks great and smells amazing. The room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is super complete, with both Western and Japanese options. We also really enjoyed the public bath after a long day of walking. Highly recommended!

Right in front of the tram station, makes it so convenient, discount for mount inasa ropeway at the reception! The staff was so kind all the time and the room was clean and comfortable. For this price, it exceeded my expectations.

German tourist. The hotel is located right next to Hakata Station and major stores like Pokémon Center, Uniqlo etc. can be reached within a 5min walk. There‘s also a big FamilyMart right across the hotel, making it super convenient. There’s a vending machine in every floor in case laziness wins. Rooms were perfectly sized for one person. The coin laundry worked well and the machines were always clean. Cleaning service was also very meticulous, so the rooms and bathroom stayed always clean.

Great value for money. 7min walk to/from Hakata Station, great food options within a min walk. Loved the open bar (beer only), iced water and snacks (nuts and cracker) on check-in, and the ability to relax and lounge at the check-in area (nothing flash, but comfortable and relaxing). Super bonus having a fridge full of FREE beverages, although I did not partake.

Facilities were decent, staff were helpful and friendly. Pantry with free coffee and drinks and modest breakfast was nice to have.

The room was really spacious, with a great location and a nice balcony. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for the price in this area it was a really good deal and I had nothing to complain about. The fridge was well stocked with drinks, and while the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, it was also big and comfortable.

It has a gender-separated bathing area. If you have tattoos you are required to cover them before entering. The staff was very polite and helpful. Close to the metro station.

Best location, be sure to exit the Hakata station to the EAST entrance. TO hotel Best take ext 4EAST, on street level, Walk to the main road (OPPOSITE Hakata station East Exit/Taxi line) Make a LEFT turn on main road, 100 meters at the intersection, cross street, u see a family mart, Make a right on that street, 50 meters, 1 APA on right,1 APA/EKI …with Onsen, on left 50 meters away.

Super convenient to the Canal City mall which has literally everything as well as to the Kushida shrine subway station. For a family of 4, the quad room was quite spacious.

Very traditional hotel with high quality of service and cleanses. I booked single room but the space is large compared to other hotel. Just next to the train station. The breakfast is excellent. Handmade omelet, Seafood rice bowl and Japanese rice balls onsite. Various choose for the breakfast. One of the top breakfast buffet in Fukuoka. Love it.

We stayed in one of the renovated room on higher floor with great views and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is nice and new. I liked the design, the size of the room, the gym was nice and the laundry room was very handy. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and nice. We have stayed with our 3 years old and would come back anytime.

The location is good if you're interested in Canal City or nearby nightlife. Train stations are close and convenient. The reclining Buddha and Ohori Park were just wonderful. Fukuoka is a beautiful city, and the ramen is top-notch!
