Perfect location fo travelers arriving at the airport late or leaving early. Small room without any luxury, but has all what is needed for one simple night stay. Simple but good Japanese breakfast included. Great price for value performance. Competent and friendly desk staff.

You cannot find a more central location than this one, unless you book at the station's hotel. Excellent views from the tower to the entire bay. The breakfast is very good with broad choices, both asian and european. The personnel is super.

I really love the location it's really near the Kokura station and it's not hard too find. You can walk to the department store around that area and also have supermarket. I think it's very convenient. The rooms may be a bit on the small side but because I was staying alone, there was no problem. Safety, cleanliness, and various amenities. There's more than I can use up. If I have a chance to come back to Kokura again. I will definitely come to use the service again.

I like their nice breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western styles. Also, soft bed at the room really helped me to sleep well !!

Unique experience in a Cyber coffee style with a large manga library! Room confortable with computer available and free access to mangas at second floor. Place very clean and quite. I recommend to give it a try for one or two nights!

The hotel is very new, everything was very clean. I liked the included breakfast, there was a choice of different meals that were made at the moment.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Triple room was relatively spacious despite being converted from a twin room. Great bathroom in particular. Location was a straightforward walk from the station, close to lots of good food. This was my first time staying in a Daiwa Roynet hotel; now I'll look out for them in other cities too!

The room was surprisingly spacious. The room even had a little booth seating area with dining table. The beds and pillow were both comfortable. I appreciated the large selection of goodies for the bathroom and the pyjamas came in handy (because I left mine at the previous hotel). The breakfast had a mixture of Japanese and western options. The free drinks served at night were a lovely touch. I felt like the hotel was value for money considering all the little extras that came with it. Finally, the location was excellent, right in the midst of the undercover shopping arcade, and close to the train station and the castle.
