The front office staff were extremely kind and helpful in assisting me when I needed to contact a doctor. They spent a lot of time finding a suitable clinic, then arranging a taxi for me to get there. Wonderful!
The hotel location is first class - right next to a subway station between Hakata and the airport.

We stayed as a family of three and found the location was convenient to Hakata station. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages, and the apartment was reasonably modern. The price was good and we utilised the kitchenette. Bath was wonderful, and all bathroom amenities were provided.
The bathroom and kitchen were both clean, as was the washing machine. A washing machine is a life saver for a family travelling, and we took advantage of it. Laundry powder was also provided.
The day we arrived, it was very hot and humid, and the staff had turned on our air conditioner in advance, which I thought was very thoughtful.
The room was plenty spacious even with our large suitcases.
We would definitely stay again.

We loved the Sumiyoshi area as it was relatively close to Hakata Station (15 minutes) and all its shops and restaurants. Not far to Tenjuin by train and more shops and train connections. We really enjoyed the cherry blossoms around Fukuoka and the lovely range of spring flowers, especially the tulips and emerging azaleas

Fukuoka offers a variety of options for tourists, ranging from the amazing food stalls along the river, and the beaches along the bay front near Fukuoka Tower. And if that doesn’t take your fancy and shopping is something you want, then there is the Fukuoka Canal City department store which offers a wide variety of shopping options. This was my first time there, but will definitely come back

It was more amazing than I had thought.
It was more amazing than I had thought. Honestly, I went it as a stop over city on my way to Nagasaki - where it's slower paced. I thought Fukuoka was all about shopping and food, and that it'd be crowded, which I wasn't too keen on. However, it happened to be an amazing experience as it was pouring rain, which meant less lines, and more cinematic feels.

Very close to Hakata train station where you can ride bus from the airport. The hotel is located at the crossroads where all the bus tour from FUK starts. Many coffee places and CVS to buy things. Breakfast menu and the view was very great.
