location is great, whorth while visit if you are there for the Katse Dam. Bar and resurant where cozy and well priced with wifi

Large accommodation with multiple rooms. We enjoyed the kayaking activity offered within the Katse Dam reservoir, which is right next to the property.

The directions to the Lodge were very misleading. It said Bokong district which, according to my map, is on the south side of Katse Dam. We arrived in the dark because of the SHOCKING road from Thaba Tseka to Katse, and couldnt find the lodge. Found a guard who kindly phoned the lodge for us (we had no comms) to find our how to get there. Another 50kms to travel, taking an hour. Eventually arrived at 9pm. The staff were very good and we were able to have dinner.

location was as expected at the Katse dam; there was a complete power outage due to some issue arising a few days ago. although is would have nice to be informed re this issue, the staff did their absolute best to provide us with excellent service with their limited facilities. we had a lovely supper! the cottage in itself was comfortable, older, but clean and the bedlinen were really nice.
