It's super easy to get to, has great amenities, a great place to chill, great views and a comfy room.

We were upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely amazing, I was travelling with my brother who is the GM of a five-star property in Thailand and has been in the Hotel industry for nearly 40 years and he was impressed saying it was definitely one of the best Hotels he has stayed in (and he has stayed in many all around the world).

The staff and service was friendly , professional and keen to help. The turndown service was a lovely touch.

The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

I almost cancelled my booking at DoubleTree, but I am so glad I didn’t. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel were immediately clear. His excellent English, genuine politeness, and impeccable service immediately stood out. Patrick’s approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and he made me feel truly valued as a guest — something I don’t say lightly. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality and customer service, I can be hard to impress. However, Patrick’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic care not only met but exceeded my expectations. It is rare to encounter someone so naturally skilled in making guests feel genuinely welcome. Patrick is a true asset to the DoubleTree team, and it’s staff like him that turn a good stay into a memorable one. Everything is perfect. It is reachable with shuttle bus. There are lots of foods option at broadway street. It is affordable and get discount if you show hotel key.

Everything was over and above our expectations. Well organised and staff is the best of the best. Lovely rooms with ecceptional personal care and service.

Just 5 minutes walk to the china- Macau crossing. Small gym with the basic equipment - quite new though hihi

Excellent location in outskirts near seashore...

Didn't spend much time there, but it met all my needs.

The staff were just fantastic! Impeccable service. They all went out of their way to help. A Big Thank You to them all.

Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

The location was very good, everything that was needed in Macau was close. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and helpful.

The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident.

The package is good. Room is a surprise.

Nice breakfast buffet with some choices of food items and quite good taste. Sufficient food and clean hygiene for dining. Just the location of hotel is not so convenient.

Love the Versace property and the rest of the surrounding properties, very well built and designed. The staff were all amazing and friendly......definitely will be going back for another visit!!

breakfast is OK, but location is very good near Light Rail Station. MGM and Londoner are nearby. It's very convenient to access to ferry terminal and airport by LR train.
