Very nice family room, kids love the bunk bed, comfortable double bed as well. Quiet room. Great value brunch buffet.

We loved everything about this hotel! We will definitely be back. Its also the perfect location. We had an issue with our China Visa and our luggage was stuck in China. The most efficient consigege helped us with the hotel in China and arranged to have our luggage fetched via courier.

Everything. The room was more spacious than expected, the bathroom was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing - quite short walk from old casinos and even ferry. Very kind and helpful staff.

A very nice stay with professional and helpful staff and a pleasant room. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Macau for the casinos, though it is less central for exploring the city itself. There are also nearby shopping malls with a wide range of dining options.

The breakfast in the casino is cheap and delicious. Very nice balcony, great sea view and fresh air.

Great customer service, traveled here through on my trip to China. Macau in itself is not super touristy, but I did visit Pena Hill and explored. Gym was great and staff was super helpful.

The location was great and I like it’s within the neighborhood as it is easy to move about. The room was great with all the amenities and well cleaned.

From a purely aesthetic point of view, the room I stayed in was the most beautiful and elegant hotel room I've ever slept in, plus the view was very nice too. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and sits on a hill, a very short walk from the Guia Fortress which is the highest point in town. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Brkfst buffet, we rejected first room offered for prior smoker residue and were upgraded.

Staff was so friendly ..everyday I ask her to get me a taxi to go out and she very helpful..

Size and appointment of the room

It is a magnificent hotel, I was in #1927 with excellent views, all the comforts and magnificent attention from all the staff and I would highlight the wonderful attention of Sonia and Dean. I will return and recommend it.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. My child also loved this hotel! All the staffs were very nice and kind. The foods at breakfast were very delicious! And I really loved that the room condition was also great!
