I had a wonderful stay in W Macau hotel to celebrate my birthday. The staffs are very nice. Especially the reception staff Amber, she was so nice and helpful. And the cafe bar, Vn and Carol, they are also very nice. And many thanks the hotel for the surprise bottle of white wine and the cakes. Finally, the Diva Restaurant staffs are also very nice especially the staffs Jenny and Christine.

I recently had an absolutely excellent stay at The St. Regis Macao. While the property itself is stunning with amazing rooms and food, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. Every interaction, from arrival to departure, was filled with warmth and genuine care. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone, starting right at the entrance. The doormen, George and Dominic, set the tone for the entire stay with their professional and welcoming service. A special commendation goes to Xyrll at the reception desk. Thank you for being so thoughtful in arranging a room close to the elevators and ensuring we had a non-slip mat for my mom. These details made our stay so much more comfortable and safe. We also had a fantastic experience at The Manor. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Cindy and Asmita gave us such a warm welcome. We were particularly touched when they went out of their way to print a photo of me and my mom—a beautiful keepsake from a wonderful meal. Finally, thank you to Ivy from the Butler team for taking such good care of us throughout our time there. The St. Regis Macao is truly a class act. We felt completely spoiled and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

The service from reception, concierge (shout out to Catherine Lok!) to lift and room cleaning personnel was impeccable! I stayed three nights and everyone attended to my requests immediately in spite of the hotel being fully booked. I booked the Conrad, mainly because of its 9.3 ratings. I think it deserves a 9.6 rating. Take notice of the little details! As taxis are not easy to get in Macau, having great advice from Catherine, the concierge, on how to navigate was very helpful! If you are a foodie, like me, she can recommend great eats! My sincere thanks to Catherine, Jason, Yolanda,Aaron, Vinod, and all personnel of Conrad Hotel.

I liked everything! The scale and intimação of the buillding. I know the place for 30 years, since it was the former Mandarim Oriental. I have stayed in this hotel before and only can say it did'nt loose any of is caracter. The resort wich did not exist when the hotel was built just next to the waters of the "Porto Exterior", is a superb adiction built on reclaimed land. If not the best, is sure one of the most beutiful in the territory, with its lusch tropical gardens exquisitly entertained. The lobby and the Café Bela Vista, reminding the historic hotel veranda in the buillding wich is now the residence of the portuguese consul, are also amongst the musts of this outstanding, already classic hotel.
