The overall Palacios experience is great. Excellent location, good staff is plus. We booked a family room and for the first time, I did see kids slippers, bathrobs, toiletries... made special experience for kids. Aqua world and pool was great. Complimentary shuttle service worked well ... overall superb experience.

We loved everything about this hotel! We will definitely be back. Its also the perfect location. We had an issue with our China Visa and our luggage was stuck in China. The most efficient consigege helped us with the hotel in China and arranged to have our luggage fetched via courier.

Everything location, room size ,stafff

We loved everything. The apartment was huge, 100sqm, with large windows and a beautiful view. We loved the bathroom, very big and well equiped: smart toilet, big shower, nice bathtub and big mirrors. I loved the amenities, Dyson hairdryer, steam iron and normal iron, but what I loved most was the vanity corner, the make-up corner. That was a nice touch. Also the staff was very nice and they sent us from the house a nice bottle of wine and pastry. That was a cute surprise and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to details and cool design. Breakfast is very good and very diverse, food was great. Overall we loved our time there, wished we stayed more, but we will definitely come back.

Literally everything! Nicely decorated room, small details of complimentary mini bar and fruits. Quality of kids products like puzzles and coloring books were definitely a plus.

The People ! This place was a surprise. The staff were really hospitable, friendly and warm. Oh, the St. Regis bar.. great cocktails, talented mixologists who are very sweet and kind. People made the experience :)

Checking in was very smooth and efficient, Conie took great care of us, we were given an upgrade to a suite with sea view, a beautiful room that made our stay very special ❤️ Big living room, big well decorated bedroom and a fantastic bath tub and shower. Breakfast had a good selection. This hotel will not disappoint!

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

The 2 rooms is very spacious and we love the additional living room in the center where we and friends can have a nice evening chit chat after long day walk. You may request water bottles top up without any questions ask. There is many local eateries in about 10 minutes walk, behind the Sands, ours daily breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staffs were super friendly.

The place was exceptionally nice and very clean. Close to some attractions and shops. Very comfortable rooms with all latest amenities.

The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident.

cosy and warm hotel, with everything I need, nice and helpful staff, a fine restaurant, perfect cocktail, beautiful view, quiet surroundings, free parking.

Didn't spend much time there, but it met all my needs.
