Excellent location in outskirts near seashore...

I almost cancelled my booking at DoubleTree, but I am so glad I didn’t. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel were immediately clear. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the warm welcome I received set the tone for an outstanding stay. I want to extend a special thank you to Patrick, who greeted me upon arrival. His excellent English, genuine politeness, and impeccable service immediately stood out. Patrick’s approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and he made me feel truly valued as a guest — something I don’t say lightly. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality and customer service, I can be hard to impress. However, Patrick’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic care not only met but exceeded my expectations. It is rare to encounter someone so naturally skilled in making guests feel genuinely welcome. Patrick is a true asset to the DoubleTree team, and it’s staff like him that turn a good stay into a memorable one. Spectacular hotel, staff and facilities!

It's super easy to get to, has great amenities, a great place to chill, great views and a comfy room.

The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident.

Nice breakfast buffet with some choices of food items and quite good taste. Sufficient food and clean hygiene for dining. Just the location of hotel is not so convenient.

The package is good. Room is a surprise.

Just 5 minutes walk to the china- Macau crossing. Small gym with the basic equipment - quite new though hihi

Everything is perfect. It is reachable with shuttle bus. There are lots of foods option at broadway street. It is affordable and get discount if you show hotel key.

Everything was over and above our expectations. Well organised and staff is the best of the best. Lovely rooms with ecceptional personal care and service.

Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

We were upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely amazing, I was travelling with my brother who is the GM of a five-star property in Thailand and has been in the Hotel industry for nearly 40 years and he was impressed saying it was definitely one of the best Hotels he has stayed in (and he has stayed in many all around the world).

Love the Versace property and the rest of the surrounding properties, very well built and designed. The staff were all amazing and friendly......definitely will be going back for another visit!!

The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

breakfast is OK, but location is very good near Light Rail Station. MGM and Londoner are nearby. It's very convenient to access to ferry terminal and airport by LR train.
