High standard in the middle of Macau! Pool, casino, shops (high end), spa, amazing views

There is nothing else to say when you know the elevated standard of the MO. Each detail is taken care of, just as an example I left my glasses on the table in the room and when back I have found them cleaned and on a MO branded cloth for polishing them. It's a small gesture but it tells everything about how great this hotel is. The room was just as big as an apartment, equipped with everything you need and you can think of. Kevin at the reception made sure we had our best experience granting us with a late check out at 15:00. The location is convenient, located at around 30 mins walk to the city center and only 8-10 mins taxi to the area of the casinos. Breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked in front of you with a great variety between sweet and savory. A stay to remember!

Size and appointment of the room

highly recommend. near the attraction areas . taking bus or taxi also very convenient. staffs are very helpful and polite. hotel facilities also quite new.

At the heart of Macau….. easy to move around…. The room and toilet are very big

The facility was good besides the breakfast . It dud not cater for Indians as the only had pork for breakfast

Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan. The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai. Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau.

I love the hotel restaurant, we go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner . Love their menu. The hotel laundry service was the best, highly recommended.

Great customer service, traveled here through on my trip to China. Macau in itself is not super touristy, but I did visit Pena Hill and explored. Gym was great and staff was super helpful.

Excellent location to heritage attractions and casinos

Good location, comfortable and clean!

Room is clean and suitable for a couple stay. Location is very convenience and near by Sedano Square by walking distance. I took the MT 1 Local bus from airport and drop off Lisboa Hotel and walk about 300 Metre to hotel (less than 10 minute walk). I can walk from hotel to Cafe E Nata famous Egg Tart and to Chan Kong Kei (Black pepper roaste duck and goose.)
