Location is really good in the old part of Macau, close to all the historic sites. The property unique is full of history and character. It had been renovated stylishly. The room I had was in the 5th floor was spacious with high ceiling. I also joined a guided tour of the hotel which is well worth doing.

We went to Macau to celebrate our bithday as we both have them in December. Mandarin went TRULY above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and unique. First of all: we got picked up from the terminal by the Concierge, a nice gesture as he explained everything on the short way to the hotel. Then: we got upgraded to Presidential Suite. 10/10 review doesn’t do it justice. Of course the suite itself is amazing, it’s huge and has a lot of great amenities - but that’s a given in a hotel like Mandarin. What truly stood out was the service: absolutely everyone, from bellhop, reception, concierge, in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, Spa and managers, was TOP class. Everyone was extra kind and warm (in a good way, it didn’t feel forced), but also very helpful (in a good way, not too „tight”). We received great recommendations on what to do and where to go and felt well taken care of. Spa also deserves a special mention as the treatment we got was outstanding and very relaxing: perfect way to finish our journey. Mandarin really made sure our stay was magical. We would like to thank the entire staff who served us and we will definitely come back. Can’t recommend Mandarin Macau enough. 11/10 experience.

Great central location, just a short walk from Senado Square and the historic centre. The room was comfortable and the in-room jacuzzi was a nice surprise, especially after a long day exploring. The décor is traditional and slightly old-school, but it suits the character of the area and gives the hotel a distinct atmosphere. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. A solid, well-located base for visiting Macau.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to many eateries. St Paul and Senado Square are also within walking distance. Staff are helpful as they helped us booked our cabs making it so much easier than to flag down one ourselves.

The room was huge and spacious. The view overlooking the sea was excellent. The bus stop Ponte 16 opposite the hotel was very convenient to Senado Square (2 stop) & Ruins of St Paul. Take 26A to City of Dreams, The Venetians, The Londoner, The Eiffel Tower about 25mins MOP 2 p/pax. Free shuttle from Macau Port to the hotel.

Loved the free bus service the hotel provided. You could use these buses to get to locations. I used it to get to senado square etc. the pool at the hotel was awesome. There are life guards on duty to which made me a bit self conscious but you get used to them. The hotel also has restaurants at the third level, good choice also room service was great as well for those days you are tired. You can also walk across to Macau studio and enjoy Macca's and other restaurants. You also get to go free to the Effiel Tower as a guest.

The room is very nice and the location is very close and is walkable to a lot of attractions in Macau such as Senado Square. The hotel is also attached to a nice cafe and a good bar at the 1st floor, Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The price is affordable as well
