the staffs are very nice and willing to help the guest. the location is good, nearby the restuarants and old town and not too crowded around the hotel. good place to stay.

Very clean and great location.

Room is clean and suitable for a couple stay. Location is very convenience and near by Sedano Square by walking distance. I took the MT 1 Local bus from airport and drop off Lisboa Hotel and walk about 300 Metre to hotel (less than 10 minute walk). I can walk from hotel to Cafe E Nata famous Egg Tart and to Chan Kong Kei (Black pepper roaste duck and goose.)

Good location in old Macau. All tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Great value and lovely atmosphere

The facility was good besides the breakfast . It dud not cater for Indians as the only had pork for breakfast

Amazing location with convenient access to Barra station as well as many bus stops. Walking distance to the historical centre. The room is cozy and clean. The staff is very helpful.

At the heart of Macau….. easy to move around…. The room and toilet are very big

Location was great. Beside a shopping mall. And a Circle K and Starbucks for late hours snacks. Room was new and spacious for 2 people. Love the interiors. Lot of breakfast option for the 3 days that we stayed there. Also love the body wash that the hotel provides.

Staffs were good especially the manager very good English and very helpful ands thanks for the gift (teapot and cups).

We had a very comfortable stay in a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was very kind and easy to communicate with in English. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient for exploring Macau’s World Heritage sites. The highlight was the beautiful view of Macau Tower from our Classic Room, especially in the evening. The room also had universal power outlets, which was very convenient for international travelers.

I love the hotel restaurant, we go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner . Love their menu. The hotel laundry service was the best, highly recommended.

Big room, good facilities, clean, professional staff - really everything was very good with this hotel. Multiple food options on site: room service, a restaurant, a bar, Cafe de Coral (which is what most people use) and 7 Eleven, all without needing to leave the building. Transport: there is public bus stop outside (although you need some understanding of how it works, as it's a one-way system) and it's only 3 stops / few minutes from Outer Harbour (ferry to HK Island) There are other facilities in the hotel, pool, massage, that I did not have time to try.
