Oh my. I loved this place and I have stayed at lots of places in Mexico. They thought of everything. The room was not only exceptionally clean, but it had character and style.

It almost feels like I am a paid shill for this hotel, but even with the change of name and shift in ownership, the quality of the hotel has not declined at all. I always stay here whenever I need to go to CIDE or Universidad Iberoamericana or Tec de Monterrey. 10/10 excellent service.

This is my fourth time at this property and it delivers consistently. I used the spa and the hot tub twice, and had a great night's sleep. Staff were kind enough to let me arrange a late checkout, and they were always efficient.
